Policies

All spa services and packages must be prepaid upon making the appointments. A credit card will be accepted. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all services. All pre-billed services will be refunded up until 24 hours prior to service. Please allow 7 days for complete refund to be credited.

Gift certificates will be honored in full up to the expiration date. Any gift certificates redeemed after the expiration date will be honored at 50% of the gift certificate value up to one year. All gift certificates after one year will need a manager approval for acceptance at 50% of the value. Must have certificate present when sale is final. Tracking numbers are unable to be accessed without certificate. All gift certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Not valid with special offers, groups or parties.

All group events have a cancellation policy of ten days prior to the event. Changes and additions may be able to be made up to 72-hours up to the event. All changes must be in writing and faxed to us at the main office for proper arrangements to be made and recorded at 248-656-8875 attn: Gina. Credit cards must be used to hold all services for all events. Parties will be credited if necessary within five days of the written notice or change. Any changes or deleted services made after the 72-hour period will not be compensated, issued gift certificates, credited, or reimbursed in any way. La Dolce Vita Spa does not allow food to be brought in by anyone other than spa caterers and restaurants contracted by LDV Spa. A deposit is required to book ANY event. The deposit is to reserve the date and is fully applicable to your event, but NOT refundable for cancellation.

We would also like to mention that while gratuities are appreciated, they are not expected. If you so choose to leave a tip with your technician, please come prepared to leave cash or a check with them individually. Tipping is not accepted on credit cards.

Alcohol may be brought in and used under discretion. You may bring alcoholic beverages in the original closed sealed bottles. The bottles that are brought in closed or open must stay at La Dolce Vita Spa. You will not under any circumstances leave La Dolce Vita Spa with alcohol. We will only allow patrons to drink if they are at least the legal age for alcohol of twenty-one.
